Amy Bregy has studied and practiced many integrative techniques for over 15 years. She has devoted much time in studies to bring the most effective and innovative techniques to those who choose to live a more natural based lifestyle.
Amy has worked on "both sides of the fence" as she started in Mainstream Health Care working in Laboratory Sciences. Being extremely sensitive to pharmaceutical drugs is what brought her into a more natural approach to health and wellness. These techniques have helped her personally achieve all health goals and is why she decided to educate herself in this field so that she can provide an educated experience in this approach. Judy is the founder and owner of Wildflower Therapies and Education, a Certified Integrated Therapies Specialist, and Licensed Spiritual Healer. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and Master of Education Degree in Occupational Education.
Judy's career began with the desire to help high school students succeed in school and beyond. She started as a Technical Education Teacher and later became an Administrator for an inner city high school and college Adjunct Professor for Occupational Education.
Her earlier pursuits include being a licensed Aesthetician, Barber and Cosmetologist; as she aspired to help others look and feel their best.
To maintain a balanced life, Judy enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, biking, kayaking, and snowshoeing. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Judy is a wife and mother, both of which she calls a gift.
