Amy Bregy has studied and practiced many integrative techniques for over 15 years. She has devoted much time in studies to bring the most effective and innovative techniques to those who choose to live a more natural based lifestyle.
Amy has worked on "both sides of the fence" as she started in Mainstream Health Care working in Laboratory Sciences. Being extremely sensitive to pharmaceutical drugs is what brought her into a more natural approach to health and wellness. These techniques have helped her personally achieve all health goals and is why she decided to educate herself in this field so that she can provide an educated experience in this approach. Judy’s career began with the desire to help high school students succeed in school and beyond. She started as a Technical Education Teacher and later became an Administrator in an inner city high school and an Adjunct Professor at Fitchburg State University.
Within time Judy’s passion grew and she extended her desire to help others improve their health and happiness after she overcame her own health complication, which led her into natural health and wellness.
Judy holds a Masters Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Education. She is an Aromatherapy and an Integrated Therapies Coach certified through the Natural Therapies Certification Board, a Licensed Holistic Esthetician, and a Licensed Spiritual Healer Coach licensed through the Federation of Spiritual Healer Licensing Board.
As an Instructor for the Academy of Integrated Therapies Judy is able to integrate her experience as a teacher and her passion to help others improve their heath and happiness through natural health therapies and education. Judy is the founder and owner of Wildflower Wellness and Rejuvenation where she also offers natural health therapies as well as coaching and education classes.
To maintain a balanced life Judy enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, biking, kayaking and snowshoeing. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Judy is a wife and a mother both of which she calls a gift.
